I can't say enough about how wonderful an experience we had having ESJ handle our Online Auction . Hector and his associates were very professional, personable and always prompt in returning calls and addressing any questions we had. Most importantly approximately 98% of the contents was sold and removed from the condominium damage free.

Having owned our home for 44 years we had accumulated lots of stuff- furniture, heavy equipment, tools, and household items. With the need to move out of state within 3 months, this prompted us to do an Estate online auction with Estate Sales by Jesod. Their quick and professional method setting up the sale in one day and working with our hectic schedule allowed, it to be a less stressful event. Their assurance of faith in the process, allowed us to manage better with this stressful and emotional time of our life. They were open to listing changes. Even though there was a glitch in the AuctionNinja online auction software that drives the auction, they were in touch with us until it was resolved and resulted in an additional day added to the auction deadline. They were quick to resolve the problem. Pickup day was smooth and handled professionally. I must add that pickup day, must be preplanned especially if heavy equipment and many rooms of furniture are involved...we as owners made the decision to disassemble all furniture to make it a better pickup experience and to control the pickup rate a little better. Quicker in and out the better. I highly recommend Estate Sales by Jesod.

Hector and his team are amazing! They managed the whole process of my down sizing from a 2700 sq ft house to a 700 sq ft apartment. They organized my items, took great pictures, and put the pictures with good descriptions online. Almost all items were sold and I’m very pleased with the prices. After the auction, they organized and managed item pickup very professionally. Everyone complimented them on their efficiency. I give Estate Sales by Jesod five stars!
