When a transition also involves selling the property, Hector and Vilenky Rios can discuss separate real-estate representation through Rios Home Group. Clients may use only the service they need or coordinate several clearly defined services.

Personal-property markets change, and no company can guarantee that every item will sell or promise a specific total. Results depend on condition, category, quantity, current demand, pricing, property access, location, timing, and the selected sales method.

Direct buyout value is different from retail value. Cleanout, cleaning, and real-estate services are not automatically included in an estate sale or auction unless they are specifically approved.
